We accept all major credit cards.

We process all orders within 2 business days. If we cannot process your order within 2 business days, we will notify you as quickly as possible. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped.

Orders that ship within Colorado will be charged 6.55% sales tax. Orders that ship outside Colorado will not be charged sales tax.

Nest uses USPS priority mail for most shipments, but we may use UPS if necessary. We charge a flat $10 fee to ship. Orders over $150 qualify for complimentary shipping. You may also select “in-store pickup,” which is, obviously, complimentary.

We can only ship within the United States at this time.

We use  simple “eco-friendly” wrapping at Nest, which includes recycled tissue paper, boxes and bags. We accent the wrapping with orange grosgrain ribbon (reusable!)  and a blue “Nest” sticker. We are happy to include a simple message for the recipient. Unfortunately, some items cannot be gift-wrapped due to their size and shape. Please let us know if you would like to be notified about those items.

While we hope that you adore everything you purchase at Nest, we understand that sometimes items are not as you expected. We can accept merchandise for a store credit or full refund provided: (1) the items are unworn, unwashed, unused and the tags are still attached, and (2) you contact us for a Return Authorization number and your return package is postmarked within 10 days of your ship date. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All sale items are final. All monogrammed and personalized items are final.

Nest reserves the right to refuse a credit/refund for any items that appear to have been worn or used, even if the tags are still attached. 

Please notify us immediately if you wish to cancel an order; we will do our best to cancel the order before it ships. If the order has already shipped, please follow the instructions for how to return items. Shipping charges are always non-refundable.

All online orders are placed using an SSL secured server, meaning that all of your credit card information is encrypted before it is sent. Your credit card is processed automatically by the merchant provider. Nest owners and staff do not have access to your credit card number.
